Cathleen Alves

Cathleen has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Idaho since 2021.

She comes from a dedicated career of more than 32 years in buying and selling her own residential and agricultural real estate, purchasing her first farm in 1994 . Cathleen has had a wonderful opportunity to live in Idaho and Oregon allowing her the opportunity to be a hands-on businesswoman and helping her husband manage a large family-owned cattle ranch.

 Diversified – life experience in sales, acquisitions, disbursements and customer service makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers in all capacities from first time home buyers to portfolio investors. Cathleen is a proud alumni of College of Southern Idaho,and Graduate Realtors Institute. Raised in Twin Falls, County ,Cathleen provides local contractors for her clients’ needs so that any necessary repairs are quickly scheduled and finished. 

Cathleen volunteers her time as a government affairs representative of her local realtor’s association keeping up to date with current planning and zoning regulations as well as Real Estate Legislation as they relate to the Magic Valley. In her spare time, Cathleen spends her time with her family, dogs and takes care of her small orchard and garden.
